We had a small issue with our email infrastrucutre over the weekend which resulted in some of you not correctly receiving email notification of your converted files.
The good news is that we’ve ironed out the problems and service has been back to normal as of late Sunday evening (GMT). Apologies to those of you who converted files over the weekend and did not receive email notifications of your file links.
