What size of file can I convert by email?
Because files take longer to transfer by email, and because email providers often limit the size of email attachments, our email conversion service has the following size limits:
- For our free service: up to 1 MB (per file)
- For our Basic plan: up to 5 MB (per file)
- For our Pro plan: up to 15 MB (per file)
- For our Business plan: up to 25 MB (per file)
