Support for FLAC conversion introduced

We’ve been listening to your feedback … thanks to everyone who has been writing in with requests for new conversion types – we’re working on implementing them as fast as we can.

Today we’re pleased to announce support for conversions of the increasingly popular music format FLAC (free lossless audio codec). As of today Zamzar supports conversion from FLAC to the following formats:

• aac – Advanced Audio Coding File
• ac3 – AC3 Audio File
• au – AU Audio File
• mp3 – Compressed audio file
• m4a – Compressed video file
• ogg – Ogg Vorbis Compressed Audio File
• wav – Windows audio file
