The good folks at TechCrunch have just announced that voting has opened for the 2009 “Crunchie” awards which recognize and celebrate the most compelling startups, internet and technology innovations of the year.

It is good conversion tool and i found very useful. I strongly recommend the people who are using old version of MS Office should make use of this tool.
