Full throttle – update
As promised we’ve now added more capacity to Zamzar to speed up the whole conversion process. The bottom line for you guys is that you should now get your files converted faster and delivered to your in-boxes more quickly … so go convert those files !
Happy converting,
The Zamzar Team
Full throttle
First of all thanks to everyone who has fed back about the new URL functionality – we’re glad that it’s been so well received. So much so in fact that our servers are running at full throttle to cope with the demand, which means you may be seeing a delay in your converted files becoming available – apologies if this is taking a bit longer than normal.
The good news is that we’re taking steps to rectify this by bringing in extra hardware to speed everything up – We should have the extra resources available within the next 48 hours, and as soon as we do we’ll post to the blog to let you know.
Thanks,
The Zamzar Team.
