Some users of Zamzar are reporting problems getting hold of their converted files via email links (the file appears to be “expired”).
This problem is being caused by network connectivity problems at the datacenter which runs Zamzar’s servers. We are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible, and will update this post with further information when we have it.
In the meantime if you hit this problem try checking back for your file after around 1 hour, as the problem seems to be intermittent at the moment.
Update: The problem has now been resolved, although if you had problems with expired files you may need to reconvert them. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
